Refund Policy

We want EdgeLog to be worth it. Our refund policy is simple and fair.

7-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro payment. Email support@edgelog.app from your account email and we'll take care of it.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (Settings → Billing → Manage Billing). Cancelling stops future charges.

Access after cancelling

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you keep what you've already paid for. After that, your account returns to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

Renewals

Beyond the first 7 days, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable.
